【摘 要】目的：研究多层螺旋CT检查与DR平片检查在诊断外伤性肋骨骨折方面的临床价值。方法：选择78例骨折疾病诊断和预后治疗患者，分别进行CT检查(多层螺旋CT检查)和DR检查(DR平片检查)，各小组39例，观察两种方法检出率。结果：检查后，DR检出率为71.7%，CT检出率为94.8%，差异有意义(P<0.05)。结论：外伤性肋骨骨折患者诊断时，多层螺旋CT检查具有较高诊断价值，可以保证其诊断结果具有较高准确性，以便于医生观察和了解，从而科学制定疾病治疗方法，加快患者康复速度。
