【摘 要】目的：分析冠心病心肌缺血、心律失常诊断中动态、常规心电图价值。方法：抽取2018年3月～2019年9月77例冠心病者，行常规、动态心电图检查，比较心肌缺血、心律失常检出率。结果：动态心电图心肌缺血中的阳性检出率81.82%，常规心电图为46.75%，P<0.05。结论：冠心病心肌缺血、心律失常诊断中应用动态心电图有助于及早发现冠心病症状并提高诊断价值。
