【摘 要】目的：探讨对护理干预对利普刀治疗宫颈锥切术的影响。 方法：抽取人民医院宫颈锥切术患者130例，随机分组，对照组常规护理，观察组综合性护理。结果：观察组护理干预满意度96.92%(63/65)高于对照组84.62%(55/65)，P<0.05;观察组并发症发生率3.08%(2/65)低于13.85%(9/65)，P<0.05。结论：综合性护理干预对于利普刀治疗的宫颈锥切术患者的应用优势显著，护理质量高，值得推广。

    【Abstract】 Objective： To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the treatment of cervical coning with lipper knife. Methods： A total of 130 patients with cervical coning were randomly assigned to the control group for routine nursing and the observation group for comprehensive nursing. Results： The satisfaction of the observation group was 96.92% higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than 3.08% (P<0.05).
