【摘 要】目的：探讨围手术期优质护理对腹腔镜下结直肠癌根治术的效果影响。方法：选2017年7月-2018年12月在我院接受腹腔镜下结直肠癌根治术的79例结直肠癌患者，分为对照组(39例，行常规护理)和观察组(40例，行优质护理)。比较两组患者的并发症发生率。结果：观察组患者的并发症发生率为5%明显低于对照组20.51%，P<0.05。结论：在腹腔镜下结直肠癌根治术围手术期对患者实施优质护理，护理效果理想，值得临床实践和推广。
