【摘 要】目的：对脾胃虚寒型胃痛患者实施中医治疗，分析效果。方法：2018年1月-2019年2月，抽取70名患者入组，随机分常规和实验两组，常规组接受常规西药治疗，温针灸治疗实验组。结果：实验组整体治疗效果好(P<0.05)。结论：中医治疗脾胃虚寒型胃痛，可提高治疗有效率，可借鉴。

    【Abstract】 Objective： to analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in the treatment of stomach pain of spleen stomach deficiency cold type. Methods： from January 2018 to February 2019， 70 patients were randomly divided into two groups： routine group and experimental group. Routine group received routine western medicine treatment and warm acupuncture treatment experimental group. Results： the treatment effect of the experimental group was good (P < 0.05). Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine can improve the efficiency of the treatment of stomach pain of spleen stomach deficiency cold type.
