【摘 要】目的：探讨16排螺旋CT用于膝关节骨折的诊断价值。方法：选择2017年4月-2019年4月老年性骨质疏松压缩骨折患者60例，采用X线检查，和CT检查，比较不同方式膝关节检查结果。结果：16排螺旋CT检查对膝关节骨折的检出率高于X线的检出率(P<0.05);结论：16排螺旋CT用于膝关节骨折具有较高的诊断价值，能够提高骨折的诊断准确率。

    【Abstract】 Objective： To explore the diagnostic value of 16 slice spiral CT in the treatment of knee fracture. Methods： from April 2017 to April 2019， 60 cases of senile osteoporotic compression fracture were selected. X-ray examination and CT examination were used to compare the results of knee joint examination in different ways. Results： the detection rate of 16 row spiral CT was higher than that of X-ray (P < 0.05). Conclusion： 16 row spiral CT has a high value in the diagnosis of knee fracture and can improve the diagnosis accuracy of fracture.
