【摘 要】目的：超声骨刀与高速涡轮钻联合拔除下颌阻生智齿，分析效果。方法：2017年8月-2018年8月，抽取100名患者入组，随机分常规和实验两组，实施不同拔除智齿方案。结果：实验组整体治疗效果好(P<0.05)。结论：超声骨刀与高速涡轮钻联合方案的应用，可提高智齿拔除效果，减轻不良反应并降低并发症，价值大。

    【Abstract】Objective： to extract impacted mandibular wisdom teeth with ultrasonic bone knife and high-speed turbo drill， and analyze the effect. Methods： from August 2017 to August 2018， 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups： routine group and experimental group.
