【摘要】目的：分析北京某区县94名社区精神病人死亡原因。方法：自制问卷对某区县40个月中社区死亡精神病人调取相关的数据，检验分析死亡原因及相关因素。结果：躯体病死亡率最高;心脑血管病最多;自杀者中以病程短者明显，意外伤害中以车祸居多。41-50岁组死亡率最高3.49%。 结论：加强家属的康复护理技能，完善支持系统，以降低社区精神病人死亡率。
