【摘要】目的：分析器官支持治疗干预对重症创伤患者感染发生风险与血糖水平的影响。方法：对患者以器官支持治疗，观察结果。结果：重症创伤患者各项指标均有所改善，血糖高的感染率高，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：器官支持效果确切，且血糖越高感染诱发可能性越高。
