【摘要】临床诸多报道指出，机体若为应激状态且感染幽门螺杆菌后，极易导致胃肠黏膜防御功能明显减弱，强化损伤作用的同时导致肠道黏膜免疫系统出现异常，从而对应激性胃肠道疾病的发生和发展产生严重影响。此研究对幽门螺杆菌致病机制进行介绍，进一步分析了应激性胃肠道疾病，总结幽门螺杆菌感染和胃肠道疾病之间的关系，证实了幽门螺杆菌感染会增加应激性溃疡、功能性消化不良等胃肠道疾病的发病率。
