肺切术后呼吸衰竭机械通气的应用(2)
本组患者术后并发呼吸衰竭经机械通气治疗后均得到了纠正，说明机械通气是治疗肺切术后呼吸衰竭的有效措施。对于肺切术后并发呼吸衰竭的患者，应及时进行机械通气治疗，合理设计呼吸机参数，掌握好撤机的时机，结合有效的抗感染及营养支持治疗，此类患者的病情是可以顺利康复的。
