Conclusion The detection rate of E.coli ESBLs and its resistance to most antibiotics remain a high levels.The inhibitors-containing complexes and cephamycins can be selected as the first line antibiotics for the treatment of ESBLs-producing E.coli infections，which can also be combined with amikacin，while severe infections can be treated with carbapenems.
