智能化多维视觉训练和传统综合训练治疗儿童弱视的对比研究(1)

     【摘要】目的探討智能化多维视觉训练和传统综合训练治疗儿童弱视的疗效。

    方法将弱视儿童226例400眼随机分为观察组(111例200眼)与对照组(115例200眼),对照组给予传统综合训练治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用智能化多维视觉训练治疗,对比两组患儿临床疗效。

    结果观察组治疗有效率为88.0%,对照组治疗有效率为56.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组轻度、中度、重度弱视患儿治疗有效率分别为91.3%、88.2%、83.3%,均高于对照组的63.2%、54.1%、48.0%(P<0.05);观察组屈光不正性、屈光参差性、其他类型有效率分别为90.0%、86.8%、75.0%,均高于对照组的61.6%、32.0%、27.2%(P<0.05);观察组中3~6岁、7~9岁、10~12岁患儿有效率分别为91.7%、88.5%、73.3%,均高于对照组的68.0%、28.2%、25.0%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后1、2、3个月有效率分别为43.0%、58.0%、88.0%,均高于对照组的32.0%、39.0%、55.0%(P<0.05)。

    结论智能化多维视觉训练在儿童弱视治疗中具有显著的疗效,程度越轻、年龄越小、治疗时间越长治疗效果越理想。

    Contrastive study between intelligent multidimensional training andtraditional combination training in amblyopia in children

    【Abstract】ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effects of intelligent multidimensional training and traditional combination training in amblyopia in children.

    Methods226 children with amblyopia in 400 eyes were randomly divided into observation group(111 cases,200 eyes)and control group(115 cases,200 eyes),the control group were treated with traditional combination training,and based on which the observation group were treated with intelligent multidimensional training.And then the clinical effects were contrasted between the two groups.

    ResultsThe effective rate in the observation group was 88.0%,significantly higher than that(56.0%)of the control group(P<0.01);the effective rate in mild,moderate and severe amblyopia in the observation group was respectively 91.3%,88.2%,and 83.3%,significantly higher than that(63.2%,54.1%,and 48.0%,respectively)in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate in ametropia,anisometropia,and other types of amblyopia in the observation group was respectively 90.0%,86.8%,and 75.0%,all significantly higher that(61.6%,32.0%,and 27.2%,respectively)in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate in 3~6 years old,7~9 years old,and 10~12 years old in the observation group was respectively 91.7%,88.5%,and 73.3%,all significantly higher than that(68.0%,28.2%,and 25.0%,respectively)in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate at 1,2,and 3 months after the treatment in the observation group was respectively 43.0%,58.0%,and 88.0%, all significantly higher than that(32.0%,39.0%,and 55.0% respectively)in the control group(P<0.05)., 百拇医药(宋玲马惠芝乔一平温古湘)
