【摘要】 目的 探讨臀部原始点埋线治疗臀腿疼痛的临床效果。方法 将66例门诊臀腿疼痛患者随机分成治疗组和对照组，每组33例，治疗组采用臀部原始点埋线治疗，对照组采用常规推拿治疗，疗程均为45天，对比观察两组临床疗效。结果 治疗组总有效率96.97%，对照组总有效率81.82%，两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，治疗组治疗效果优于对照组。结论 臀部原始点埋线治疗臀腿疼痛效果显著。
