【摘要】 原发性肝细胞癌(HCC)是全球最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染是诱发HCC的重要因素，HBV诱发的HCC与乙型肝炎病毒X(HBx)基因及其编码蛋白密切相关，其核心机制为HBV感染肝细胞时将HBx整合入宿主细胞核所导致的肝细胞基因组结构变异，并诱导肝细胞癌变。该综述从HCC发生及发展等过程来探讨HBx在HBV相关性HCC中的分子机制。
