【摘要】 目的 研究染色体核型异常与两广交界地区反复自然流产夫妇之间的关系。方法 对两广交界地区180对反复自然流产夫妇进行外周血染色体核型分析。结果 180对反复自然流产夫妇中，共出现染色体核型异常夫妇46对，染色体核型异常检出率为25.56%(46/180)，46对异常核型中染色质多态变异25对(54.35%)，染色体倒位11对(23.91%)，染色体平衡易位7对(15.22%)，罗伯逊易位1对(2.17%)，染色体数目异常1 对(2.17%)，嵌合体1对(2.17%)。结论 染色体核型异常是导致两广交界地区育龄夫妇反复自然流产的重要危险因素之一。
