Results The donor site wounds of all patients met the stage I healing criteria.One patient's flap showed necrosis of the marginal epidermis，and healed after dressing change.One patient's flap showed swelling and blisters，which resolved one week after surgery.The remaining patients' flaps and broken fingers all survived，and the wound reached the standard of stage I healing with good appearance.After 9 months of surgery ......
