Conclusion Hemoperfusion combined with hemodiafiltration is effective in the treatment of uremic patients， which can effectively improve biochemical indicators， inflammatory reactions and skin itching， and has high safety.

    尿毒症主要表现为水肿、水钠潴留、水电解质及酸碱平衡紊乱、贫血、胃肠道反应等，并伴有皮肤瘙痒症状，对患者日常生活影响较大[1～2]。临床常以血液灌流对尿毒症患者血液中的大分子毒物和代谢废物进行清除，但该治疗方式对中小分子毒物清除效果不佳，且对患者体内水电解质并无调节作用，故常在血液灌流治疗基础上联合血液透析以加强对中小分子清除力 ......
