【摘要】?胆石病是临床常见多发病，其病因尚未完全明确，诊治方案多样，疗效不尽相同。随着近年基础研究的深入以及医疗技术水平的提升，胆石病的发病机制、诊疗手段都有了较大发展，相应的治疗效果也较以往显著。该文从基础研究及临床治疗手段两方面进行述评，阐述了胆石病研究现状及今后的发展方向。

    【Abstract】?Cholelithiasis is a common and frequently occurring disease in clinic. The etiology of it is not completely clear， diagnosis and treatment programs are diverse， and curative effect is different. With the development of basic researches in recent years and the improvement of medical technology， the pathogenesis， diagnosis and treatment of cholelithiasis have been greatly developed， and corresponding therapeutic effect is also more remarkable than before. This paper reviews basic research and clinical treatment， and describes the current situation and future development direction of cholelithiasis.
