    【摘要】?目的?观察糖尿病患者治疗前后血外泌体分泌及效应因子miR-126-3P、miR-125b-1-3p水平变化，探讨强化血糖、血压控制对糖尿病足溃疡创面愈合的作用机制。方法?30例糖尿病足患者分别于强化治疗1周前后采血，抽提外泌体，行外泌体鉴定，观察外泌体分泌情况并测定miR-126-3P、miR-125b-1-3p水平。结果?强化血糖、血压治疗后，糖尿病足患者血外泌体miR-126-3P、miR-125b-1-3p水平升高(P<0.05);相关性分析显示miR-126-3P水平与空腹血糖(FBG)呈正相关关系(r=0.37，P<0.05)。结论?强化血糖、血压控制可升高糖尿病足患者外泌体miR-126-3P、miR-125b-1-3p水平，可能对糖尿病足溃疡创面愈合具有积极意义。
