    【摘要】目的分析支原体肺炎患儿通气功能障碍发生的影响因素。方法回顾性分析深圳市宝安区石岩人民医院2018年10月至2020年10月收治的80例支原体肺炎患儿临床资料，所有患儿均行肺功能检测，将发生通气功能障碍患儿纳入发生组，未发生通气功能障碍患儿纳入未发生组。统计所有患儿临床资料，分析支原体肺炎患儿通气功能障碍发生的影响因素。结果纳入的80例支原体肺炎患儿中，发生通气功能障碍18例，发生率为22.50%;初步比较两组一般资料后，将符合条件的变量分别纳入，经logistic回归分析显示，发热时间长及C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)、单核细胞趋化蛋白(MCP)-1过表达是支原体肺炎患儿发生通气功能障碍的影响因素(OR>1，P<0.05)。结论支原体肺炎患儿通气功能障碍发生风险较高，发热时间长及CRP、PCT、MCP-1过表达是支原体肺炎患儿发生通气功能障碍的影响因素。
