    【摘要】 目的 探讨中医辨证施护对消化性溃疡合并幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染患者消化道症状及治疗依从性的影响。

    方法 选择2019年6月至2020年6月收治的消化性溃疡合并Hp感染患者116例，根據随机数表分为两组，各58例。对照组采用常规护理，研究组在此基础上予以中医辨证施护，均连续干预2周。比较两组消化道症状改善时间及治疗依从性。

    结果 研究组嗳气、灼烧感、恶心、反胃、嗳酸症状改善时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);研究组治疗总依从率较对照组高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。

    结论 中医辨证施护能缩短消化性溃疡合并Hp感染患者消化道症状改善时间，提高治疗依从性。
