    【摘要】 目的 探讨翼状胬肉切除联合自体结膜瓣移植术后疼痛程度的影响因素，以期为临床治疗提供参考。

    方法 回顾性分析2019年1月至2021年1月在厦门大学附属中山医院眼科接受翼状胬肉切除联合自体结膜瓣移植术且符合条件的157例患者的临床资料，采用单因素和多因素logistic回归分析翼状胬肉切除联合自体结膜瓣移植术后明显疼痛的影响因素。

    结果 157例患者经翼状胬肉切除联合自体结膜瓣移植术后观察24小时，42例出现明显疼痛，发生率为26.8%。多因素logistic回归分析发现，翼状胬肉头部侵入角膜过大、创面累及角膜基质层、手术时间过长是翼状胬肉切除联合自体结膜瓣移植术后出现明显疼痛的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。

    结论 翼状胬肉侵入角膜过大、角膜创面层次过深、手术时间过长均可导致患者术后发生明显眼痛，临床可通过相应改进措施，减轻患者不适。
