    【摘要】目的探讨抗甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TGAb)、抗甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)联合检测对临床诊断妊娠期甲状腺疾病的应用价值。方法选取2019年1月至2021年2月惠州市第二妇幼保健院收治的妊娠期甲状腺疾病患者78例为研究组，同期50名正常妊娠女性作为对照组，研究组根据疾病类型分成甲亢组26例、甲减组26例、甲状腺肿组26例，采集各组研究对象血清并检测TPOAb、TGAb水平，对比结果并进行诊断效果分析。结果研究组的TPOAb、TGAb水平与TPOAb、TGAb阳性率均高于对照组(P<0.05)，且甲亢组>甲减组>甲状腺肿组，对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合检测的灵敏度与特异度高于单项检测(P<0.05)。结论针对妊娠期女性，联合检测TPOAb、TGAb水平能够提高妊娠期甲状腺疾病的检出率，为临床诊疗疾病提供有利参考依据。
