    【摘要】 目的 分析丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、血红蛋白(Hb)和脂血全自动联合检测系统(简称“初筛联检系统”)的效果，优化献血者血液初筛方案。

    方法 对脂血指数检测结果进行确认；通过对比分析使用初筛联检系统和使用原筛查方案时ALT和脂血报废率来评价该初筛模式的筛查效果。

    结果 初筛联检系统脂血指数检测结果与成分制备组脂血判定结果总符合率为84.27%。启用新初筛方案后，复检ALT报废率从0.97%下降至0.61%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)；脂血报废率从4.41%下降至2.02%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。

    结论 全自动联检方案增加了乳糜血的评判指标，血液初筛多项目全自动联合检测，能有效降低ALT和脂血的报废率。
