    【摘要】 目的 探讨采取保护动机理论(protection motivation theory， PMT)护理干预多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome， PCOS)合并不孕患者的疗效。

    方法 选取多囊卵巢综合征患者共100例，随机分为干预组和对照组，每组50例，对照组按常规方式进行护理治疗，干预组则在对照组的基础上采用PMT进行干预，比较两组患者治疗依从性和干预效果。

    结果 干预组治疗依从性、月经恢复率、排卵率、临床妊娠率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。

    结论 采用保护动机理论对PCOS患者进行治疗和护理，可以有效提高患者治疗依从性、月经恢复率、排卵率和妊娠率，值得推广。
