    【Abstract】ObjectiveTo investigate the infection conditionofhuman T-cellymphotropic virus(HTLV)among voluntaryblooddonors in Qinzhou City，soasto provideabasis forformulating blood screning strategiesin China.MethodsA totalof74716bloodsamples werecolectedfromvoluntaryblooddonorsinQinzhou CityfromJuly2022 toMay2024.The antibodies against HTLV-1/2 weredetectedbydouble-antigensandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbentassy(ELISA)Samples thatshowedreactivityweresenttothe Guangxi Blood Center forfurtherconfirmationbyWesternblot(WB)andrealtimefluorescent quantitativepolymerasechainreaction(PCR).ResultsAmongthe74716blood donorsamplestested by ELISA，10 cases were positive for HTLV-1/2 antibodies，with a preliminary sreening positivity rate of O .134‰ ；among the 10 initiallyscreened positiveblooddonors ......
