    Analysis of nucleic acid detection results of respiratory tract pathogens in Dali area

    【Abstract】ObjectiveToanalyze the distributionof pathogenic bacteria inlowerrespiratory tractinfection in Dali area， soas toprovidediagnosticbasis for clinicallowerrespiratorytractinfection，and guideclinicalrationaluseofantibiotics.

    MethodsAtotalof5O39samplesofrespiratorytractpathogenscollctedfromDaliresidentsintheFirstAffliated Hospital ofDaliUniversityfromNovember2O21toFebruary2O23wereanalyzed，andlop-mediated isothermalamplification (LAMP)wasused to detect respiratory tract pathogens andanalyze their distribution.ResultsOverallpositive rate was 45. 68 % (2302/5039)，among which the top5infections were Haemophilus influenzae，Streptococus pneumoniae，Mycoplasma pneumoniae，Staphylococcus aureus and Klebsiella pneumoniae.Themain infection type was singlepathogenic bacteria infection ......
