小儿药物过敏临床研究

    摘要:药物过敏反应(drug-induced allergy)是指有特异体质的患者使用某种药物后产生的变态反应,属于药物不良反应(adverse drug reaction,ADR)的一部分。本文先论述药物过敏反应的病因及发病机制,然后阐述它的临床反应及诊断结果,最后提出治疗手段并给出预防措施。

    Clinical study of drug allergy in children

    Abstract: drug-induced allergy refers to patients with specific physical arising after a drug allergy, which is part of adverse drug reaction. This article first discusses the causes of drug allergy and pathogenesis, and clinical response and explains its diagnosis, treatment and gives the final proposed preventive measures.
