摘要: 目的降低神经外科重型颅脑损伤患者消化道出血发生率。方法 选择入选的96例病人分为A，B两组。A组50例常规防治消化道出血，B组46例在不用抑酸药物于入院后或手术后12h予鼻饲流质。结果B组病人上消化道出血及首次出血发生率显著低于A组。结论 早期胃肠道营养对重型颅脑损伤病人消化道出血的发生有较好的预防作用。

    Investigate ofGastrointestinal Nutrition on Prophylaxis ofGastrointestinal Hemorrhage in Severe Neurosurgical Patients

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the effect of gastrointestinal nutrition on the prophylaxis of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in critical patients of Neurosurgery Department.Method Ninety sixpatients were divided into two groups.Fifty patients treated routinely (group A) and forty-sixpatients given fluid diet by nasal feeding 12 hours after the operation(groupB).Results The incidence of the gastrointestinal bleeding and the first bleeding in group A was significantly lower than that in group A. Conclusion The early gastrointestinal nutrition has prophylactic effect on uppergastrointestinal hemorrhage in neurosugical patients in critical condition. ......
