【摘 要】目的 探究固定矫治与无托槽矫治治疗牙周病致前牙移位的临床效果。方法 选取2018年1月-2022年12月南方医科大学深圳口腔医院收治的100例牙周病致前牙移位患者作为研究对象进行回顾性分析，以治疗方法的不同分为对照组和观察组，每组50例。对照组接受固定矫治，观察组接受无托槽矫治，比较两组临床疗效、牙周指数、咀嚼功能以及牙齿美观性。结果 观察组临床治疗总有效率为94.00%，高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)；两组治疗后菌斑指数(PLI)、牙龈指数(GI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)低于治疗前，且观察组PLI、GI、SBI水平低于对照组(P<0.05)；两组治疗后咬合力、咀嚼效率以及牙齿美观性评分均高于治疗前，且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在牙周病致前牙移位的治疗中，应用无托槽矫治治疗可有效改善牙周情况，提高牙齿咬合力、咀嚼效率以及美观度，临床治疗效果较为理想。
