献血者ALT不合格与喝可乐关系及分布特点

【摘要】目的：调查献血者丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)不合格与喝可乐的关系及在献血者中的分布特点。方法：对我献血屋2010年1月-2011年6月献血前初筛ALT不合格的献血者发放调查问卷，收集相关资料，并对其中因喝可乐引起ALT不合格的献血者进行统计分析。结果：喝可乐是导致献血者献血前ALT不合格的的原因之一，并在不同职业，不同年龄有明显差异。结论：ALT不合格与献血者的多种非病理因素有关，喝可乐是其中之一非病理因素，医务人员应做好献血前的健康咨询工作，加强献血前的宣传教育，对容易因喝可乐引起ALT升高的人群，应细心询问有无造成血液不合格因素存在，可有效降低ALT不合格率，提高血液质量。

【 Abstract 】Objective:In order to investigate the relationship between blood donors' unqualified ALT test results and drinking coke, and the distribution characteristics in blood donors. Method: Distributing questionnaires to donors who failed the ALT screening tests before donation in our blood donation house from January, 2010 to June,2011, collecting the relevant materials, and statistically analyze those whose unqualified ALT tests caused by drinking coke.
