【摘要】目的：分析临床护理中发生护理纠纷的原因，为制定应对措施提供依据。方法：整理我院临床护理纠纷的相关资料,将资料进行分类汇总统计。结果：导致护理纠纷的原因涉及技术、服务及医院管理等方面。结论：临床护理工作中应提高防范意识,尽量避免发生护理纠纷，对于因患者及家属的无理要求而产生的纠纷也应以法律为依据捍卫院方的正当权益。

    【Abstract 】 objective ：Analyse the clinical treatment of nurse dispute, to make in response to provide for Analyses. Results:To the cause of the nurse dispute involving technology and services and the hospital management.Conclusion: Clinical care should be raising awareness and try to avoid a nurse dispute, for the patients and their unreasonable demands of disputes shall be by legislation to protect the legitimate rights and interests.
