【摘要】目的:观察和分析使用窝沟封闭剂预防儿童第一恒磨牙龋病的临床效果。 方法:对500名7-9岁儿童进行第一恒磨牙的窝沟封闭, 采用对侧同名牙作为对照研究。 结果:封闭2000颗牙齿，随访2年, 发现实验组患龋率明显低于对照组, 两者之间差异有统计学意义( P< 0. 01) , 且封闭后三年龋降低率达86. 72%。结论:窝沟封闭能有效预防窝沟龋的发生, 应积极开展儿童恒磨牙窝沟封闭的口腔健康教育。

【Abstract】Objective To observe and analyze the clinical results of the application of pit and fissure sealants to prevent children’s First permanent molar . Methods To conduct pit and fissure sealing on the First permanent molar of 500 children aged 7-9. Contrast study was employed with the same teeth on the opposite side.
