亚低温治疗对高血压脑出血大骨瓣减压术后脑膨出的影响

【摘要】 目的: 探讨亚低温在高血压脑出血大骨瓣减压术后脑膨出治疗中的作用及临床疗效。 方法 14例高血压脑出血大骨瓣减压术后脑膨出患者随机分两组。治疗组7例，早期行亚低温治疗加常规治疗；对照组7例，仅行常规治疗。治疗前后两组都行临床疗效评价和神经功能评分。结果 治疗组前二周患者神经功能缺损评分较对照组降低(P<0.05)。治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)，脑膨出完全缓解。结论 早期亚低温在高血压脑出血大骨瓣减压术后脑膨出治疗中起到重要作用，能显著改善预后。

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effects of the hypothermia in the treatment of encephalocele in hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage that treated by standard trauma craniectomy. Methods: 14 cases of encephalocele in hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage that treated by standard trauma craniectomy were randomly allocated to two groups, treatment group(7 cases)received conventional treatment plus hypothermia at early stage, while control group(7 cases)only accepted conventional treatment.
