【摘要】 目的: 观察社区护理干预对高血压病病人行为、服药依从性的影响并反思存在问题。方法 对170例社区高血压病病人进行社区护理干预6个月前、后比较。 结果 干预后高血压病人行为改善、服药依从性比干预前明显增高(41 to 81%)、血压比干预前明显降低(160.3±9.6/106.3±10.1 to 129.5±7.2/83.7±6.9 mmHg)(P<0.05或P< 0.01)。结论 社区护理干预能提高高血压病人的知识水平、改变不良生活行为、提高服药依从性，同时，社区护理水平、患者自我管理水平有待提高和强化。
