阿奇霉素联合炎琥宁治疗小儿支原体肺炎的疗效观察

【摘要】目的：研究小儿支原体肺炎的具体诊疗方法，探讨联合用药的优势。方法：将我院确诊为小儿支原体肺炎的98例患者随机分为治疗组(49例)和对照组(49例)，治疗组予以阿奇霉素联合炎琥宁治疗，对照组予以阿奇霉素治疗，对两组患者治疗后的各种症状及X片肺部炎症的吸收率差异进行统计学分析。结果：两组在各种症状、X线片肺部炎症吸收率等方面存在显著差异，治疗组的吸收率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：阿奇霉素联合炎琥宁治疗小儿支原体肺炎中，效果较优越，值得基层医院临床推广。
