尼莫地平与氟桂利嗪预防性治疗偏头痛的疗效比较

【摘要】目的:探讨尼莫地平(Nimodipine)与氟桂利嗪(Flunarizine)预防性治疗偏头痛的疗效。方法:门诊76例偏头痛患者随机分为两组，第一组38例，给予尼莫地平20mg，口服，tid,。第二组38例，给予氟桂利嗪10mg,口服，qn.治疗时间3个月，随访半年。结果：第一组显效率55.26%，总有效率89.47%。第二组显效率44.74%，总有效率84.21%。比较两组疗效，基本治愈率及总有效率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论：尼莫地平与氟桂利嗪均能有效防治偏头痛。
