【摘要】 目的 观察护理干预对老年抑郁症患者的效果分析。方法86例老年抑郁症患者随机分为观察组和对照组，两组均接受抗抑郁药的治疗及常规护理，观察组在此基础上采用护理干预，观察两组护理前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分变化情况及临床疗效。结果；观察组总有效率为90.70%，对照组总有效率为74.42%。观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组HAMD评分护理后较优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 护理干预能提高老年抑郁症患者生活质量，缓解抑郁症状。
