特异性免疫治疗变应性疾病新进展,皮下免疫治疗,舌下免疫治疗
【摘要】 变应性疾病(Allergic diseases)是一类由于特应性个体接触致敏原后由IgE介导的慢性炎症反应性疾病。该类疾病的治疗方法多种多样，但却难以达到临床治愈的目的。随着免疫学的不断发展，由于特异性免疫治疗(specific immunotherapy,SIT)的高安全性和可靠疗效，渐渐成为变应性疾病的重要治疗手段之一。本文针对近年开展的两种特异性免疫治疗方法的产生背景、机制、疗效及安全性进行综述。【关键词】 特异性免疫治疗；变应性疾病；皮下免疫治疗；舌下免疫治疗

【Abstract】 Allergic diseases are a class of individuals exposed to as atopic allergen IgE-mediated chronic inflammation diseases. Treatment of the disease in many different ways, but it is difficult to achieve the purpose of clinical cure. With the continuous development of immunology, because immunotherapy (specific immunotherapy, SIT) of the efficacy of high security and reliability, has gradually become an important treatment for allergic disease is one. In this paper, the two popularity in recent years, specific immunotherapy approaches the background, mechanism, efficacy and safety are reviewed.
