【摘要】 目的 探讨综合性护理干预措施在晚期肿瘤疼痛患者中的应用及效果。方法 选取我科住院的50例晚期肿瘤疼痛患者为研究对象，随机分为两组，对照组给予常规基础护理，治疗组在常规护理基础上给予综合性护理干预，1周后观察2组患者在止痛效果与满意度等方面的差异。结果 治疗组的止痛效果及护理满意度明显优于对照组，P<0.05。结论 对晚期肿瘤疼痛患者进行综合性护理干预能有效控制癌性疼痛，值得推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application and effect of intervention in the comprehensive nursing for advanced cancer patients with pain. Methods 50 cases of advanced cancer patients with pain in our hospital were selected as object of study and randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given routine nursing, the treatment group was treated with comprehensive nursing care intervention based on routine nursing. The analgesic effect and satisfaction differences were observed in the 2 groups after a week.
