高眼压下小梁切除术的临床观察
【摘要】 目的 :探讨高眼压下小梁切除术的安全性及临床观察。方法 :选取在高眼压下行小梁切除术30例，并对其手术方式及术前、术后注意事项加以分析。结果 所有患者术后眼痛、头痛等症状均消失，1周内眼压均得到控制，术中及术后未发生严重的并发症。结论 :只要做好术前准备、手术规范细致、术后严格观察等方面，在高眼压下小梁切除不但是安全而且效果良好。【关键词】 高眼压; 小梁切除术

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the ocular trabeculectomy under the safety and clinical observation.Methods: in high intraocular pressure down trabecular resection in 30 cases, and the operation mode and the preoperative, postoperative matters needing attention are analyzed. Results all patients postoperative eye pain, headache and other symptoms disappeared within 1 weeks, intraocular pressure was controlled, intraoperative and postoperative without serious complications.Conclusion: as long as do preoperative preparation, operation specification and meticulous, rigorous postoperative observation etc, in high intraocular pressure of trabeculectomy is safe and effective.
