GVHD是一个复杂的病理过程，很难用单一的药物治疗。理想的治疗策略应当是能够在GVHD的每一个病理环节上进行干预，尤其是对于肠道GVHD，如何合理的综合应用各种方法，还有待更多的临床探索。
