综上所述,超声实时定位经皮肾穿刺标准通道钬激光碎石术治疗上尿路结石,减少术中肾实质血管破损出血及损伤肾周围脏器的危险,对患者打击小,手术时间缩短,痛苦小,结石取净率高,并发症少,操作相对安全可靠,恢复快,术后住院时间短,患者容易接受,是治疗肾结石安全有效的方法。
