(广东东莞塘厦医院广东东莞523721)【摘要】目的 对比分析即刻种植与早期种植的临床效果。方法 选取我院口腔科符合条件适宜并愿意接受种植病例50例，拔牙后植入87枚种植体，其中42枚种植体采用即刻种植方法，其余45枚种植体在术后3-4周进行早期种植,对比分析两种方法的临床效果。 结果 即刻种植的有效率为92.86%，早期种植的有效率为93.33%，即刻修复与3个月后早期常规修复龈沟深度基本相同。结论 即刻种植明显缩短了种植修复疗程，具有修复周期短、手术次数少等优点, 尤其适用于上颌前牙区，值得进行临床进一步研究。【关键词】早期种植；即刻种植【中国分类号】R7.66【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1004-5511(2012)04-0147-01 【Abstract】Objective to compare and analyze the clinical effect of early implant and immediate implant.
