(广东江南医院内科广东广州510000)【摘要】目的：探讨依那普利与美托洛尔联合用药治疗老年性心衰的临床效果。方法：选取老年慢性心力衰竭患者120例，随机分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组单用依那普利治疗，观察组给予依那普利与美托洛尔联合用药治疗，疗程均为3个月，观察两组心脏指数及疗效变化。结果：观察组心功能改善情况、总有效率均优于对照组(P<0.05)；两组治疗前后的心率、血压、LVEF变化观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：依那普利与美托洛尔联合用药治疗可显著改善老年性慢性心力衰竭患者的心功能和临床症状，提高患者的生活质量。【关键词】老年性充血性心力衰竭；美托洛尔；依那普利；疗效【中国分类号】R541.61 【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1004-5511(2012)04-0205-01 【Abstract】Objective: to effects of enalapril and metoprolol in the treatment of senile congestive heart failure clinical effect. Methods: 120 cases of elderly patients with chronic heart failure, were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 60 cases in each group. In two groups of strong heart, diuresis, vasodilator treatment while the control group was given conventional treatment with enalapril, the observation group receiving enalapril and metoprolol combined medicine treatment, the treatment course is 3 months, observe two groups of cardiac index and the therapeutic effect. Results: the observation group improved cardiac function, the total effective rate were better than the control group ( P < 0.05 ); the two groups before and after treatment of heart rate, blood pressure, LVEF change in observation group than in control group ( P < 0.05 ).
