(湖南省耒阳市人民医院产科湖南耒阳421800)【摘要】目的：探讨心理护理对人工流产患者不良情绪的影响。方法：选取2011年1月~2011年12月我院收治的人工流产患者共100例，其中实验组患者接受心理护理，而对照组患者接受常规的护理措施。结果：两组患者出现焦虑、抑郁、恐惧不良情绪发生率比较，差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)，说明护理后实验组的不良情绪发生率明显低于对照组。结论：心理干预可有效地减轻人流术患者负性情绪，使患者安全地度过围术期，且促进患者的身心健康。【关键词】心理护理；人工流产；不良情绪【中图分类号】R47 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1004-5511(2012)04-0363-01 【Abstract】Objective: Learn the effect of mental nursing on bad mood of patients of induced abortion. Methods: 100 patients of induced abortion from Jan 2011 to Dec 2011 divided into 2 groups. The experiment group used mental nursing while the control group used common nursing. Results: The incidence of anxiety, depression, fear of experiment group was lower than control group(P<0.05).
