【摘要】本文选自我院2008年1月1日至2010年12月31日的50例围产儿死亡数进行原因分析，通过孕期检查次数与死亡数相比较、孕妇文化程度与死亡数相比较、围产儿死亡原因与检查次数相比较，发现围产儿死亡率的高低与孕期的检查次数和孕妇的文化层次有关，孕期检查次数无或只有1-2次的孕妇和文化层次低的孕妇围产儿死亡率高。文章还结合分析结果提出了做好孕期保健的几点对策。
