【摘要】目的：直肠癌全系膜切除术临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析70例直肠癌患者的临床资料，并根据治疗方法分为实验组和对照组。实验组采用的是全系膜切除术(TME)，对照组采用的是常规的手术方法，观察两组的治疗效果。结果：实验组患者的复发4例(4.49%)，性功能减退患者4例(4.49%)，勃起障碍患者5例(5.62%)；对照组患者复发26例(32.10%)，性功能减退患者30例(37.04%)，勃起障碍患者29例(35.80%)。结论：直肠癌全系膜切除术相比于传统的手术治疗有确切的疗效和较少的并发症，可在临床上大力推广应用。

    【Abstract】 objective: to colorectal cancer all is film resection clinical curative effect. Methods: a retrospective analysis of 70 cases of patients with rectal cancer clinical material, and according to the treatment methods are classified into the experimental group and the control group. The use is all is film resection (TME), the control group is the conventional surgical method, observe the treatment effect of the two groups.
