    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the epidemiological characteristics and influencing factors of breast nodules in females undergoing health examinations in Zhangjiakou area. Methods Women who underwent breast ultrasound examinations at Zhangjiakou First Hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were collected as the research subjects，basic data were collected and analyzed， and breast nodule progression was observed during a one-year follow-up， multivariate Logistic regression was applied to analyze the influencing factors of female breast nodule disease and progresion. Results A total of 16，282 women were included in the physical examination，of which 3，272had breast nodules，with an incidence rate of 20.10% ，andamong them，906 wereclassified asBI-RADS grade 1 ......
